Please read before booking. By booking your appointment you're agreeing and consenting to the following: Hey I understand things happen but at the end of the day when a client cancels , no shows, or rescheduled their appointment last minute, that's money lost. It's business, not personal. Retainers: All retainers are 50% of the total of all the services combined. Retainers are non refundable for any and all reasons. The retainer will go towards services at the time of the appointment . Rescheduling: If a client reschedules BEFORE 24 hours of their appointment time, the retainer will carry over to your new appointment date/time. Any amount of time less then 24 hours, a new retainer will need to be paid to rebook a new appointment. Cancellations: If a client cancels the appointment for any reason, a new retainer must be made in order to rebook a new appointment. After 3 cancellations, the client will be blocked from booking further appointments. No call/ no shows: If a client does not show to their appointment, or doesn't notify me that they need to be rescheduled/ not coming in( with in the 24 hours) they must put down a new retainer in order to rebook a new appointment. After 2 no call/ no shows, the client will be blocked from booking further appointments. Grace periods: Grace periods are ten 10 minutes. If the client is scheduled for multiple services in 1 appointment , Each services then has a grace period of 10 minutes. After the grace period is up, the appointment will be cancelled and a new retainer must be paid in order to rebook.
